Are your blinds made to measure?
Yes. Every blind is manufactured to the measurements and options entered when you place your order, giving you a tailored fit for your window.
Measuring
Should I choose a recess fit or an exact fit?
A recess fit sits inside the window recess, while an exact fit covers the recess and is fitted to the surrounding wall or frame. The best option depends on your window, available space and the finish you prefer.
What's the difference between Inside Fit and Outside Fit?
Inside Fit sits neatly within the window recess, while Outside Fit covers the recess and overlaps the surrounding wall.
How do I measure for a recess fit?
Measure the recess width in three places: top, middle and bottom. Then measure the drop in three places: left, centre and right. Use the smallest width and smallest drop and enter your measurements in millimetres. Do not make any deductions unless the product guide specifically tells you to.
How do I measure for an exact fit?
Measure the full width and drop you would like the blind to cover. Where possible, we recommend allowing additional coverage around the recess to help reduce gaps and light entering around the blind.
Will you make an allowance for a recess fit?
Yes. When you select recess fit, we make the necessary manufacturing allowances so the blind can fit inside the recess. Enter the smallest measurements from your recess without making your own deductions.
What happens if I enter the wrong measurements?
Because every blind is made using the measurements supplied, we cannot accept responsibility if incorrect measurements are entered. Always follow the measuring guide for your chosen product and double-check all measurements before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us before placing the order or add the measuring gurantee as the checkout stage.

Can I order blackout blinds?
Yes. Many of our fabrics are available with blackout options to help reduce light entering the room.
Do your blinds come with a guarantee?

Do you offer measuring, fitting and product advice?
We are an online, supply-only company and do not provide an in-home measuring or fitting service. Our blinds are designed to be straightforward to measure and install yourself, with step-by-step guides available. If you need help choosing a product or checking your measurements, our team will be happy to offer guidance before you order.
What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your name, order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs or videos. Please keep the product and its packaging while we investigate and arrange the appropriate solution.
Delivery
How much is delivery and how long will my order take?
Delivery is free to UK mainland addresses. Additional charges or restrictions may apply to certain remote or offshore locations. Lead times vary by product, and the estimated manufacturing and delivery timeframe will be shown when you order.
How can I track my delivery, and what should I do if it arrives damaged?
You will receive an update with the available tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please check your delivery when it arrives and contact us promptly if anything is damaged or missing, including your order number and clear photographs.

Can I send photographs or measurements for advice?
Yes. You can send us your measurements and clear photographs of the window for general guidance before ordering. Please include a full picture of the window and close-ups of any handles, obstructions or unusual features. Responsibility for confirming the final measurements remains with the customer.
