STEP-BY-STEP INSTALLATION
Follow these simple steps

Prepare Your Curtains
Before hanging your curtains, unpack them carefully and identify the heading type you’ve ordered (Eyelet, Pencil Pleat, Pinch Pleat or Wave). You’ll also receive a detailed PDF hanging guide by email, specific to the curtain heading you’ve ordered, to accompany this generic guide.

Hang the Curtains
Hang your curtains onto your curtain pole or track, ensuring each curtain is correctly positioned and securely attached. For pleated curtains, make sure the hooks are evenly spaced before hanging for the best finish.

Check the Curtain Position
Once both curtains are hung, check they open and close smoothly and that the leading edges meet correctly in the centre. Make any necessary adjustments to the hooks or heading before continuing.

Dress the Curtains
Arrange the folds evenly from top to bottom to achieve a neat, professional finish. If required, leave the curtains stacked back for a few days or gently steam them on a low setting to help remove any creases from transit.

Enjoy Your New Curtains
Open and close your curtains several times to ensure they glide smoothly along the pole or track. Once you’re happy with the appearance and operation, your installation is complete.
